To access this window, press the "Details/Special Instructions" button at any time once images exist in the main window file list. The supplementary window in Figure 4 will appear on the right-hand side of the monitor; in this illustration, it has been superimposed over the main window. An easy-to-read listing is presented, for orders for that particular image, as well as for orders which apply to all images. Separate fields are presented for entering specific and "global" (order-wide) special instructions.

This window may also be used to delete specific orders for an image, while maintaining all other orders.
